Dr. WANG Hongyin (王宏印) is a distinguished adjunct professor at XISU under the “XISU Scholar” project. He is a full-time professor of translation studies at the College of Foreign Languages, Nankai University. He holds membership of a number of associations, including being the supervisor of Colleges and Universities English Teaching Steering Committee in the Ministry of Education, the current vice-chairman of the China Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese, the chairman of the China Association for Ancient Codes Translation and a member of Master Degree of Translation Major Teaching Steering Committee. His research interests include translation of ancient codes and theories of translation. He has published numerous translated works and research articles.
