Zhang Xu (张旭) is a lecturer with an MA in Applied Linguistics. He teaches courses such as “Internet News Trans-Editing”, “Translating Diplomatic News”, “Bilingual News Writing”, “Computer-Aided Translation” and “Cultural Anthropology”. He has joined in two Chinese to English translation projects funded by the Chinese Fund for the Humanities and Social Sciences. He has published a translated work “The Legend of Pandas” and a Chinese version of “Greek Myths and Mesopotamia: Parallels and Influence in the Homeric Hymns and Hesiod”.
