The STS has signed internship agreements with more than ten enterprises, such as the Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Foreign Affairs Office of Shaanxi Province, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Xi’an Municipal Government, the Huanqiu newspaper (www.globaltimes.cn), Xi’an Television Station, Huawei Technology, and the Commercial Press. Teachers and students from the STS have also done excellent translation and interpreting work at over 50 international conferences, such as the Euro-Asia Economic Forum, the Xi’an International Horticultural Exposition, and the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Conference.
